ZPD self-balancing mining pump is a new generation of mining multi-stage pump independently researched and produced by our company. The pump mostly uses wear-resistant materials such as ductile iron, and is suitable for conveying neutral mine water and other similar media with solid particles ≤0.5mm, content ≤15%, and temperature ≤80°C.


The ZPD self-balancing multistage pump adopts the front and rear balance structure of pump water pressure to balance the axial force of the rotor, which overcomes the problems of easy damage and difficult maintenance of the balance system, and greatly improves the service life of the pump. Under normal use, the rotor parts such as the lower impeller run for 8000 hours without replacement. The service life of the pump body is more than 10 years. At present, the flow rate of this series of pumps produced by the company is less than or equal to 1200m³/h, and the lift is less than or equal to 1500m.

Characteristics of Long Distance Water Pump


1. New structure: rotor parts with symmetrical arrangement of impellers can basically cancel the axial thrust generated by the positive and negative impellers during operation, so that the balance disc device which is easy to wear and fail is not needed. It breaks through the traditional structure of multi-stage pumps.

2. High efficiency and energy saving: Because the pump rotor has no wear and axial pulsation of the balance disc, the impeller and guide vane are always in the best state, unlike ordinary multi-stage pumps with the wear of the balance disc, the rotor parts move forward and the efficiency appears significantly decreased. The average efficiency is 2%~14% higher than that of ordinary multi-stage pumps.

3. Low maintenance rate: Precision casting reduces vulnerable parts and the number of maintenance and disassembly, prolongs product life and reduces maintenance costs.

4. Good cavitation performance: The optimized hydraulic model and structural design, precision casting and wear-resistant materials make the pump have good anti-cavitation performance, making the whole machine run smoothly and with low noise.
